About Hub3

Long-cycle infrastructure for underserved communities.

Mission

Health, wealth, and power.

Hub3 addresses systemic inequities by giving underserved communities the tools to build health, wealth, and power.

The problem we work on

Civic engagement in underserved communities suffers from short-cycle, top-down outreach. Outside groups parachute in eight weeks before an election and leave the day after.

Hub3 builds the opposite. Long-cycle, relational infrastructure -- strategy docs, precinct maps, and contact sync that go straight to the individual organizers doing the work in North Carolina. The work doesn't stop on Election Day, and it doesn't start two months before one.

Values

Four words. One sentence each.

01

Inclusivity.

The communities we serve are the ones the tools are designed for -- not adapted to afterward.

02

Empowerment.

Organizers run their own work. Hub3 supplies the boring infrastructure -- maps, memos, lists -- and gets out of the way.

03

Innovation.

We build the boring infrastructure that didn't exist -- not the flashy thing that already does.

04

Integrity.

Voter data stays local. Provenance is shown. Limits are stated out loud, including on this site.

Work with us.

If you're organizing in NC and the parachute model isn't enough -- let's talk.
